By installing or using the TagTube browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TagTube is an independent tool designed to help you organize and tag your YouTube subscriptions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of YouTube or Google.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use a copy of the TagTube extension on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the extension. You also agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violate or encourage others to violate any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third-party intellectual property right.
• Interfere with security-related features of the Service.

5. YouTube Terms of Service

TagTube utilizes YouTube API Services to provide its features. By using TagTube, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, which can be found at: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TagTube and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TagTube makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services, their content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TagTube, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
